  Pay Invoices

Is there a fee associated with the online bill pay?

  • There is a 2% convenience fee that is included in Credit Card payments. ACH payments do not include a convenience fee.

Once I made my payment online, can I cancel it?

  • Once your payment is processed online, the transaction cannot be canceled.

Can I schedule my payment in advance?

  • We do not offer this service at this time.

What forms of payment can I use with this online service?

  • You can use any form of payment currently set up on your account.

Can I get a confirmation # for my ACH payment?

  • No, your receipt would constitute your confirmation #.

The ACH payment will not let me add my banking information.

  • That is correct. You have to email your banking information for us to manually add it to your JDS account. You can do so by emailing a picture of your check to:


Can my credit card information be deleted or added online?

  • No, at this time you are not able to alter credit card information online. If you need your credit card information deleted or changed, please call Customer Service at 1-800-843-8853.

Can I make a partial payment on my account?

  • No, all invoices selected have to be paid in full. If you want to make a partial payment, you will have to call in to make your payment.
